Domboshawa hill in winter

A typical scene at Domboshawa in winter. The vegetation mostly consists of Myrothamnus flabellifolius (the resurrection bush - the darker-leaved low shrub), Coleochloa setifera (the grey tussocky sedge) and Plectranthus sanguineus (another shrub, not easily seen in the picture). In addition, there are extensive patches of grass-covered thin soil which will become seepage zones in the wet season.
