fallen. Calyx campanulate to ± tubular. Corolla widely campanulate; limb 2-lipped and 5-lobed; tube wide. Stamens 4, didynamous; staminode 1. Disk ring-shaped. Ovary 1-locular; ovules numerous. Fruit large, cylindric, pendulous, thick-walled, indehiscent with a fibrous pulp. Seeds wingless.
