Robust erect epiphytic herb. Stem woody, up to 50 cm. Leaves in 4 to 8 pairs, up to 20 cm, fleshy. Inflorescences from the leaf axils. Flowers fleshy, 2 cm across, sweetly scented, creamy yellow with red-brown spots; lip white. |
| Notes: | This species is very similar to A. praemorsa from India, and they have sometimes been considered conspecific. |
