Small shrubby perennial herb, up to c. 30 cm tall, woody near the base, with ascending to procumbent branches. Leaves opposite, alternate or clustered on short side branchlets, linear, succulent, pale grey-greenc, up to 23-55 mm long, often with wart-like glands. Inflorescences on stout peduncles, 4-10 cm long. Flowers c. 8 mm in diameter; stamens 5. Fruit 5-6 mm long. |
