Shrub or small deciduous tree. Leaves paripinnate with 6-12 pairs of leaflets and large ear-shaped, leaf-like stipules at the base of the petioles. Flowers in large sprays, sweetly scented, bright yellow. Pods up to 25 cm, straight or slightly curved, dark brown or black when ripe. |
