Description:

Small to medium-sized tree to 15 m with a dense umbrella-shaped crown. Bark smooth. Leaves 30-60 × 1-4 cm, crowded, glaucous with a long-attenuate apex. Inflorescence with spike-like branches. Flowers fragrant, white, cream or greenish. Perianth-segments 7-9 mm, obtuse; stamens not exceeding the perianth. Fruit an orange berry c. 1 cm in diameter. |
