Notes: 25 cm high; Herb; Notes: Annual herb, 25 cm high. Flowers small, blue, spathe valves fused at the base, bracts sparsely covered with bristly hairs. Leaves elliptic, scabrid, tapering into a long narrow cylinder at the base, ochna with red bristles along the margins. Stems erect, hairy, green. White sand. Under trees in shade.
