Description:	Annual herb up to 30 cm tall. Leaves elliptic, up to c. 5.5 cm long. Flowers white or pale mauve. Capsule up to c. 6 × 5 mm, elliptic-oblong with a scalloped margin.
Type location:
Notes:	Known, in Zimbabwe, from 2 collections in the N and W.
Derivation of specific name:	robsonii: named after N K B Robson, who collected the type specimen in Malawi.
Habitat:	Occurring in deciduous Mopane-Combretum woodland.
Altitude range: (metres)	500 - 880 m
