Description:

Robust perennial, 60-90 cm high, plants often in clumps. Leaves in a basal rosette, large, more or less broadly lanceolate, up to 90 × 12 cm, hairless. Peduncle terete, hairless. Inflorescence unbranched, dense; floral bracts small, hairless. Pedicels clustered, up to 9 at the lower nodes, 8-13 mm long. Flowers white; tepals 5-veined. Filaments shorter than anthers. Capsule shallowly deltoid, 5-8 mm long. |
