Plant up to 1 m tall. Foliage leaves 5-7, mostly basal, exceeding the spike by up to twice its length; margins and midrib strongly thickened and hyaline. Spike erect, strongly distichous, 12-20-flowered. Flowers rather dull in colour, pale grey-green to cream, speckled with minute dark red to maroon points. |
