Description: |
Erect or ascending perennial herb to 1 m. Stems with a terminal inflorescence and further secondary inflorescences. arising below. Leaves: 20 - 30 cm, oblong-lanceolate. Flowers bisexual in many-flowered whorls. Fruiting pedicels articulated near or above the middle; fruiting perianth segments irregularly minutely dentate. Nut pale brown, shiny. |
Notes: | Recorded for divisions NCE in the draft FZ 9(3). Recorded also for division W on a folder in SRGH but any specimens from W were not present on 6 Sep 2006. |
