Description:	Short-lived annual succulent herb. Leaves and stems pink to reddish-brown. Leaves swollen, suborbicular, up to 4 mm. Flowers solitary terminal, bright pink.

Derivation of specific name:	rhodesiana: of Rhodesia (Zimbabwe, or sometimes Zambia)
Habitat:	In thin soil on granite domes
Altitude range: (metres)	1400 - 1950 m

Worldwide distribution:	Only known from the Central Watershed of Zimbabwe from Matobo to Harare and east to Juliasdale.
