Description: |
Erect succulent perennial herb up to 80 cm, sometimes forming clumps. Leaves along the stem, succulent, linear-lanceolate, sheathing at the base. Flowers creamy-white, pinkish or rarely red, in terminal branched, flattened or hemispherical inflorescences; calyx with a blunt large papilla at the apex of the lobes, sometimes more papillae present on the margin. |
