Suffrutex, to 40 cm, with annual stems arising from a thick woody rootstock. Leaves with 3-16 pairs of leaflets: leaflets oblong with an asymmetric base. Inflorescence a single terminal raceme. Bracteoles 5-15 mm, elliptic. Petal 1 (-3). Pod 2.5-5 cm, 1-2-seeded. |
