Description:
Usually a liane, with modified or coiled branchlets for climbing, but sometimes a scandent shrub or small tree. Bark grey-brown, flaking in small pieces. Leaves imparipinnate, with 9-19 elliptic, oblong or obovate leaflets, largest c. 4 × 2 cm; apex rounded or slightly notched. Flowers in axillary panicles, small, white, fading to yellow, sweetly scented. Pods elliptic-oblong, 8-15 cm, with prominent veining, brown, pubescent, single-seeded
