Description: |
Shrub or small tree. Branches finely scaly, often spine-tipped. Leaves spirally arranged, obovate to elliptic, 3-11 cm with prominent net-veining on both surfaces; margin entire. Flowers in short axillary sprays, white to cream; petals almost similar in shape and size, c. 1.5 cm long. Fruit spherical, c. 1.3 cm in diameter, fleshy, orange to black when ripe. |
