Description:
Shrub or small tree. Leaves trifoliolate; leaflets obovate to elliptic, 3-9cm long, glossy green above, paler below; domatia conspicuous in the axils of lateral veins below; margins irregularly crenate-dentate. Inflorescences axillary in branched or unbranched, catkin-like racemes. Flowers small cream or yellowish-green. Fruit fleshy, ovoid to near-spherical, orange-red to black when ripe.
