Description:	Slender perennial herb, up to 45 cm high with milky sap; leaves filiform; flowers axillary in pendent umbels, greenish to creamy-yellowish, campanulate. Each corolla lobe with a tuft of hairs in the throat.
Notes:
Derivation of specific name:	imberbis: without hairs. This is a somewhat confusing name since the are in fact small tufts of hairs in the corolla throat.
Habitat:	Moist grassland.
Altitude range: (metres)	900 - 1500 m
Flowering time:
Worldwide distribution:	Restricted to the Chimanimani Mts of Mozambique and Zimbabwe but also found in Swaziland, Lesotho and the montane regions of eastern South Africa.
