Description:
Strong climber or liane. Stems with clear latex. Leaves opposite, heart-shaped. Flowers in many-flowered branched heads. Corolla with a white tube and yellow to pale orange slender lobes, united at the apices, forming a cage.
Notes:
Derivation of specific name: polyantha: many-flowered
Habitat: At margins of montane evergreen forest.
Altitude range: (metres) 1000 - 2100 m

Worldwide distribution: Angola, Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini and South Africa.
