Description: |
Semi-erect or decumbent annual or short-lived perennial herb with simple sparsely branched, glandular-pubescent stems up to 45 cm long. Leaves opposite becoming alternate upwards, rhomboid to broadly ovate, c.4-33 mm long, glandular-pubescent on both surfaces; margin with 3-6 pairs of coarse lobe-like teeth; petiole c.3-11 mm long. Flowers solitary in upper leaf axils. Pedicels c.6-23 mm long. Calyx somewhat 2-lipped, lobes linear, 2-5 mm long, glandular-pubescent. Corolla 6-10 mm in diameter, pale blue, pinkish-mauve or white with a yellow throat; tube funnel-shaped, 6-11 mm long, glandular-hairy outside. Capsule narrowly ovoid 2.5-5 mm long. |
