Description: |
Annual herb, branching from the base, up to 40 cm tall. Flowers solitary, axillary, white to pale mauve with an orange to chocolate-brown throat. |
Notes: | Known from a few locations in South-western Zimbabwe (drying mud along riverbanks in the Sebungwe area; a marsh near Bulawayo; in river sand at Sengwa Research Station). It is known as an occasional weed in those areas. |
