| Description: |
Plants commonly communal, though spaced, not aggregated. Bulbs up to 8 cm wide. Leaves narrow, linear, mostly up to 0.4 cm wide, erect, with smooth margins. Flowers 1, rarely 2, sessile. Perianth tube pinkish, curved, 8.5-15 cm long; segments acuminate, white with pink dorsal streak. |
| Notes: | It closely resembles Crinum walteri, differing from that species in the scape arising above ground, perianth segments widely reflexed at anthesis, and the fruits not beaked. |
