Description:	Tall annual or weakly perennial herb up to 1.2 m, sometimes taller. Leaves ovate to ovate-triangular; undersurface with reddish or brown gland dots. Inflorescences terminal, tall and many-flowered. Flowers pale to deep blue, rarely white.
Notes:
Derivation of specific name:	hereroensis: from Hereroland in Namibia, inhabited by the Herero people
Habitat:	On rocky, wooded hillsides.
