Notes: Grown from seed (accession no. 2923) ex Lucknow Botanic Garden, India. A tree 7 m. Bark brown-grey, a little wrinkled transversely and showing leaf scar remains when stem 15 cm diameter. Inflorescence axis, flower buds, flowers yellow; flowers fade pale yellow; "style" colourless, pollen dark yellow. Much visited by bees.
