Turner Plant Resources Center' after him. Specialist in Asteraceae, dealt intensively with the flora of Mexico, wrote among others 'The Biology and chemistry of the Compositae' and 'Chemotaxonomy of the Leguminosae'. Professor of political science at the National University of Rwanda. His collections are kept in ARIZ. |
