Large tree. Leaves: petiole flattened; lamina 7.5-12.5 × 7.5-12.5 cm, triangular to ovate-triangular, glabrous but with 2 or 3 glands at the base of the lamina near the apex of the petiole; margin crenate-serrate; base truncate; apex acuminate. Catkins 7-10 cm long, elongating in fruit. |
