Description: |
Shrub or small tree with long drooping branches. Leaves opposite, held in a horizontal plane, narrowly elliptic to lanceolate with a long slender drip tip, thinly textured, almost hairless, except for occasional hairs on the veins; midrib indented above, conspicuous below. Stipules triangular, briefly persistent. Flowers in axillary heads, white to yellowish, c. 6 mm in diameter. Corolla hairy in the throat. Fruit round, c. 5 mm in diameter, fleshy, black when ripe. |
