Description: |
Erect perennial herb or suffrutex up to 1 m, with 1 to several simple or sparsely-branched tomentose stems. Leaves 3-foliolate, oblong-obovate, with silky hairs, particularly beneath. Upper leaves sometimes 1-foliolate. Flowers in lax terminal racemes, yellow, calyx and keel densely pubescent. Pods broadly cylindric, covered in velvet hairs. |
Notes: | This species is very similar to Crotalaria lachnocarpoides, which lacks the silvery indumentum on the keel. |
